Great, clear and straight-talking website that spelled out what you needed to know and do. Filling in the online budget queries wasn't always intuitive (some additional explanatory details of what they were actually looking for in some of the categories would've helped) but all this was easily ironed out once the application was submitted and we were dealing with an actual assessor. Our assessor was friendly, helpful and very responsive—we always received the help we needed and were never in the dark which was reassuring throughout the process. Happy with the rate (love the transparency of their rate history available on website) and loan conditions. Delighted with the zero/low fee structure. Would be happy to recommend to others on the basis of our experience :-)
