Its been an absolutely smooth experience refinancing our property over to Tic:Toc. We applied online via Tic:Toc website and got a response from our credit assessor Triscina (@Trix) within 24hrs. Trix has been very helpful, super easy to contact, proactive and overall great to deal with in this whole process. Their legal team was quick to respond to emailed documents, their ID verification process was easy to use. 

Of all the loan applications I’ve done over many years Tic:TOC was by far the most efficient and least painful one. No one wants to go through refinancing loan applications, but I would recommend Tic:Toc without a second thought!
