Quick easy and painless online process. We VeriSign'd the contract so there isn't a need to go to an office somewhere. Rare option to have offset account and fixed rate at same time. $10 a month is a small price to pay to reduce interest on a loan by 10s to 100s of thousands of dollars. I am not a qualified finance person but it seems to me a very good option for mortgage. So far we are very happy with TicToc

I did a previous review being upset at the IDs required for verification, but I realised the complaint was misdirected as the TicToc documentation did clearly state the IDs required. I had just spoken to the verification person and trusted the verbal information given (which left open a lot of other ID options that aren't actually accepted). So we can chalk up my previous complaint to 3rd party miscommunication and the value of looking things up yourself.

Quick easy and painless process

Overall pretty good. Most everything was very clear and steps and instructions were relatively painless. The only issues was the VOI guy said 2 forms of government issued picture IDs. I gave him one of my AU clearance IDs and my driver's licence which both comply with his requirements but he wouldn't accept the clearance ID. He insisted on me handing him my passport. Well it was already packed away because nowhere was my passport required until he was already at my house. It was a major inconvenience really!

I first tried to get a TicToc loan about 8 months ago but was informed as I was on a Casual work contract I wouldn't be able to secure pre-approval until I'd completed 12 months with my current employer. In Feb 2020 I went with a broker for pre-approval however the communication was poor and every 2 weeks the recency of my documents kept lapsing leaving me to upload new statements repeatedly. For the hell of it I went back to TicToc and whilst they didn't approve my initial amount, they gave me pre-approval of a lower amount which was more than enough to go property shopping with. When I sent through the Offer/Acceptance, communication was very swift, documentation was sent promptly and considering this clashed with Easter/ANZAC long weekends they kept me, my conveyancing team and the agent informed at all times. In hindsight I'm super thankful the previous broker messed me over as im now with a great lender, the formal approval was quick, loan docs easy to understand and best of all I came out of it with the best interest rate possible. A big thanks to Raff from Tic Toc - he kept me as a client even after the initial application wasnt going to be successful.

Recently switched from the Big Four to these guys. They were flexibile with changes (I changed my loan duration a couple of times). Signing documents is fast and easy - everything is online. They also gave me the original rate they agreed upon, inspite of a rate rise. I feel good about being with a company which is affiliated with banks which don't invest in fossil fuels (Adelaide & Bendigo).
